Padraig Canavan, CEO, established Singularity in 1994 and has developed the company into a multi-million dollar business with operations in London, New York, Singapore, Hyderabad India and Northern Ireland. Under his leadership the company has enjoyed continuous profitability and an average annual growth rate of 30%. Previously Head of US Operations for Braid Systems (Mercator), a leading EAI and secure messaging technology supplier to Capital Markets firms, Padraig has also advised blue-chip international IT and financial services institutions on business process redesign and automation. Padraig holds a degree from the University of Manchester. |

John Cowley, Finance Director, joined Singularity in 2006 with over 15 years experience in strategic corporate development and financial management. John has previously held senior finance and leadership roles in publicly-quoted enterprises, private growth-stage companies and government institutions focused on economic development. Prior to joining Singularity, John worked with Schlumberger, CITB, Medisys and a UK Government corporate finance body. John also serves as a non-executive director on the Audit Committee of the Special European Union Programmes Body. He holds a degree in History from Oxford University, a Law degree from London University and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. |

Dermot McCauley, Director of Corporate Development, joined Singularity in early 2003. Previously he held President and General Manager roles in publicly quoted high-growth technology companies serving the Financial Services industry, including Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) and Raremedium Group. An executive in his own successful start-up that was purchased by CTP in 1995, Dermot has previously worked in the financial information services industry for JPMorgan Chase and Dun & Bradstreet. Dermot holds a degree from Imperial College, London. |

John Blennerhassett, Director of Global Development, has over 20 years experience in delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions to the public and private sectors. John joined Singularity in 1995 to oversee the growth of the company's software development division. He became Director of Services in 1999, establishing and developing Singularity's services delivery group into a multi-million business unit. In 2006 John was appointed Director of Government, obtaining the largest deals in the company’s history. In 2009 John took responsibility for Singularity’s expansion in global markets. Prior to Singularity, John held roles at GEC Telecommunications and British Telecom. John holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester. |

Peter Browne, Director of Operations, has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, including 15+ years architecting and delivering process technology products and solutions. Peter joined Singularity in 1997 and was instrumental in the launch of the company's first flagship product, Singularity Active Workflow. He went on to oversee the launch of Singularity's BPM Suite, the Singularity Process Platform, in mid 2000 and its subsequent development into an award-winning product that drove growth of 260% over 3 years for the company. In 2001 Peter was appointed Product Director, going on to become Director of the company's BPM unit in 2006. In 2008 Peter became Director of Operations, with responsibility for all operational aspects of the company, including the India, Northern Ireland, Singapore and New York offices, product development, and management of all delivery and professional services teams. Prior to joining Singularity Peter was Senior Product Manager at Northlands Computing Services. |

Dr. Robert McGarry, Director of Sales, has over 19 years experience in delivering major projects within the Telco sector. Robert joined Singularity in 2000 to drive the expansion of Singularity's global sales team and develop our direct and partner channels world wide. In 2006 Robert was appointed Director of the newly created Telecommunications business unit, with responsibility for growing Singularity's strong base in this increasingly important industry sector. Prior to joining Singularity he spent over a decade with British Telecom (BT). Robert holds a PhD from Queen's University, Belfast. |

Sean Canavan, Director of Process Excellence and Infrastructure, joined Singularity at its foundation in 1994. Sean is responsible for Singularity's program of continuous process improvement, and oversees the company's quality assurance and accreditation processes as well as being responsible for internal IT infrastructure. Sean ensured Singularity gained ISO 9000 and TickIT accreditation within the first year of the company's existence, steered the company through a range of other key accreditations to industry standards and managed our accreditation to CMMi Level 2 in 2005. Sean oversees the company's Process Improvement group which continuously reviews and enhances our key operational processes as well as providing advice on process excellence to customers. Prior to joining Singularity Sean worked with the London Stock Exchange and Lloyds of London. |
