Dermot McCauley, Singularity’s VP of Corporate Development will be speaking at the Process.gov conference on Thursday, April 15th, 2010 at the Oracle Reston HQ, in Reston, Virginia.  Dermot will be presenting his insights from the newly published book “Mastering the Unpredictable; The Adaptive Case Management Revolution” .

Process.gov will host the launch of "Mastering the Unpredictable: The Adaptive Case Management Revolution" produced by the Workflow Management Coalition and authored by a global team of the foremost authorities on case management. The event will feature a full-day track of sessions for book authors, presenting the latest best practices, COTS technology options, as well as deployment and adoption strategies for successful case management solutions.This is the only event of its kind, Process.gov is focused exclusively on business process management in government and defense. 

As part of the conference's Adaptive Case Management track, Dermot's presentation, titled “Achieving Agility – the role of the Case Management Platform”, will preview insights from his chapter in the “Mastering the Unpredictable” book being launched at the conference.
