Singularity teams up with Mphasis

Improving operational efficiency using business process management

UK-based software vendor Singularity today announced a strategic alliance with MphasiS, the IT services company headquartered in India.  Under the agreement, MphasiS will use Singularity's business process management (BPM) technology to automate complex business processes for clients. MphasiS provides applications services infrastructure services and business process outsourcing to clients worldwide across industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Communications, Transportation, Consumer and Retail & Energy

BPM technology eliminates unnecessary steps and reduces manual inputs in a process, increasing the number of activities that can be carried out in parallel. The results are streamlined operational processes with reduced costs, increased throughput capacity and reduced management overhead.
